“The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.”
George Bernard Shaw

Communicating goals, objectives and vision for your business to your people is vital to creating an “enthusiastic collective focus” within your organization.
1- Consider the ways you intentionally communicate your goals in your business. Do you have meetings, send e-mails, have a corporate newsletter or do you do nothing? You might discover your people have no idea what your business is really about or where it is going.
2- Evaluate your current methods of communicating by reviewing meeting agendas, the tools and methods you use to communicate. When reviewing ask yourself this question – “Are our current systems or approach producing the result of getting our people engaged and enthusiastic about the organization?”
3- Revise your systems, agendas etc. as needed and re-implement.
